		Ischia Forastera Euposia - Casa D'Ambra Ischia White Wine Campania   Grapes: Forastera This wine shows an intense straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of pear and grapefruit followed by aromas of citrus fruit, hawthorn, broom, apple and plum. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and pleasing sapidity, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, pear and plum. Food match: Broiled fish, Pasta and risotto with fish and vegetables, Sauteed fish Suggested serving temperature: 10° C (50° F)

Colour Yellow pale yellow load, bright, substantial. Bouquet Intense and persistent fragrance with traces of fruit fully-grown and light notes of leaves squeezing. The medium altitude is 200-300 m above the sea level with exposure to North-East, East. Grapes Per' 'e Palummo 85%, Guarnaccia and Cannamelu 15%. Technical Production Vinification in red with maceration of whole grape for 5-10 days, refining and ripening in the bottles. Colour Ruby red with slight brick reflection. Bouquet Vinous, soft.
