Grapes: Pinot Bianco
The wine shows an intense greenish yellow and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and elegant aromas which start with hints of pear and broom followed by aromas of acacia, pineapple, tangerine, apple and white rose. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, delicate, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple and pear. This Pinot Blanc ages for at least 8 months in steel tanks.
Food match: Appetizers, Dairy products, Vegetables soups, Pasta and risotto with crustaceans, Sauteed fish

Grapes: Pinot Grigio
This Pinot Gris shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant aromas that start with hints of pear, apple and pineapple followed by aromas of hawthorn, banana, broom, litchi, hazelnut and grapefruit. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of pineapple, pear and litchi. A well made wine. This Pinot Gris ages in steel tanks for at least 8 months.
Food match: Eggs, Fried fish, Fish Appetizers, Pasta and risotto with crustaceans

Vineyard location The vines, situated on the hillsides around the estate headquarters, are mainly south-facing, on marly soil
Density of planting 4.000 – 5.000 double arched cane (cappuccina) and Guyot trained
Winemaking The whole berries were pressed gently in a pneumatic press. After a first racking, the must was transferred to temperature-controlled fermentation vats. The wine stayed on the lees for at least eight months before bottling, ten to eleven months after the harvest

Tasting notes Straw yellow with greenish highlights; subtle and delicate; characteristically round palate, with a hint of bitter almonds and slightly lower acidity than the other wines in the range
