Distillate of Barbera wine, produced by F.lli Rovero farm with a biological technique. PACKAGING: "Cognacaise" bottle, 700mL ALCOHOLIC CONTENT : 43% vol. DISTILLATION: with bain-marie, in an discontinuous alembic. AGEING: at least 7 years in oak barriques. COLOUR: yellow straw like, with red tints. BOUQUET: intense aroma of raisins and red jam, reminiscent of Mediterranean fruits. TASTE: agreeably delicate, with a hint of acacia honey.
