Prosecco Cartizze - Adami
Valdobbiadene Sparkling Wine Veneto

A famous "cru" of the Valdobbiadene hills, superbly and with innumerable facets, underlines the qualities of Prosecco. The fine and persistent bubbles elevate its clean and characteristic fragrance. The taste, elegant and sweet accompanies dry cakes well and is an ideal conclusion to a refined meal. It is preferably drunk within two years, served at a temperature of 7° - 8°C without refrigerating for long periods, or better still, using an appropriate ice bucket.

Prosecco Dei Casel - Adami
Valdobbiadene Sparkling Wine Exrta Dry Veneto

"Dei Casel" is the local nickname for the Adriano Adami family.
The Prosecco that bears this name is made from grapes harvested in the Valdobbiadene and Vidor areas. In these hills the climate and land bestow particularly delicate fragrances and flavours to the spumante. The fruit finds its maximum expression in it and the frank and decidedly sweet flavor reflects the culture and tradition of the Marca Trevigiana. It is suitable for all gatherings and festive occasions. To be served at 7° - 8°C.

Prosecco Bosco di Gica Lt 0,375 - Adami
Valdobbiadene Sparkling Wine Brut Veneto

"Bosco di Gica" is the ancient name of the location where the family vineyards are grown. The origins of the grape and the production criteria are similar to those of the traitional Prosecco Spumante. The Brut is obviously dryer, even though it maintains the gentle character of the vine. Pleasantly acid and possessing a complex fragrance, it is an excellent aperitif, but also a versatile spumante complementing fish, shellfish and crustaceans. It should be served at 7° - 8°C. Long periods of refrigeration must be avoided, at this alters its qualities.

Prosecco Vigneto Giardino Lt 3 - Adami
Valdobbiadene Sparkling Wine Dry Veneto

The Giardino vineyard (historically "vigna Zardin") has its beginnings in the Adami family in 1920. The land, the microclimate, and the personal and passionate care of the owners qualify it as a true "cru" of the Prosecco area. A rare and prestigious example of how technique can be wed to tradition, the Vigneto Giardino spumante exalts both elegance and typicality. The fruity fragrance is delicately aromatic, the taste is harmonious, almost velvety, but with a dry ending that makes it versatile, able to offer the most pleasant of sensations before, during, and after the meal. The Vigneto Giardino keeps well for a couple of years (away from heat and light), although its characteristics are best appreciated when young. Serve chilled at 7° - 8°C but do not refrigerate for long periods.
